"Now totally pointless as cheats everyehere"
Used to be my favourite game, didn’t mind spending money on the various ‘Pool Pass’ rewards but no more, the game is ruined by hackers and cheats. No point playing any more ad MiniClip are ignoring the problem. Time to walk away.

"You're ruining a gr8 game letting hackers in"
I cannot understand why miniclip are letting these hackers ruin a great game, as others must think the same.
I don't know how you could be making money when there must be people jacking this game left right & centre because of cheaters. They are even moving to the 8million back shot with the angle guide. What a joke, how could this be fun & what satisfaction do they get knowing that they could never pot any of the shots without the guide. Cheats never win, they only cheat more LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"Lack of care or respect for the people who pay money to play their game!"
The biggest of MC Pools problems is that the league scoring is off/wrong every single week! You can see the individual scores of players on other teams in the league. You can see that the 1st place team may have 20% of the points your team has, but you are in 15th place! Happens again and again! Try customer service and you will find that they either do not care at all, or they are bots. Speaking of bots, there are many bots making miraculous shots, one after another until they win without ever missing. great game and optics....terrible company!

I have been reading other gamer reviews and agree that it’s full of cheaters. I have lost 600,000,000 this week, yes 0.6 billion because of the cheaters, needs sorting out ASAP as the game is going to lose a lot of players, and put off potential new players. I loved this game, but considering stopping. VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT NOTHING IS BEING DONE TO STOP THE CHEATING 😖😤😡🤬☹️😤😤😤😤😤😤💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔

Cricket League is full of cheats that ruin the experience. Sure you can report them, but nothing seems to happen. Worse, when you complain to Miniclip directly, they 100% blame the cheaters and hackers, not their own code that is being exploited, or their failures to stop them - no compensation at all is offered.
Bottom line is they don’t care, they just want you to watch all the ads they show, for their revenue.
Absolute shambles of a customer experience - I am deleting all their games.

Miniclip 8 ball pool is ruined. Cheater bots have taken over all of the higher value games, 8 ball and 9 ball.
I have played this game for years, and I have to play the starter levels to keep from seeing these cheaters that pot four balls in one shot, and then pot four more balls in the next shot. It's disgusting. It's not funny. It's not fun.

Miniclip do not support mental health when thier game goes wrong and takes your winnings they tell you to spend money or just ignore you i suffer with mental health and still nothing I lost 7 million today because I tried to open a reward box instead of opening it took me money
