I had a good time with the tournament overall. From what I remember, everything ran smoothly for the most part, though there was one moment where it lagged a bit. Still, it was a fun night.

I had small issue with my account so I sent message to support. They got back to me faster than I thought, maybe within hour or so, and helped me get it sorted. It wasn’t perfect because I had to explain same problem twice, but they were polite and did fix it in the end. Overall, good experience

"Loading takes way too long"
I tried hopping on for a quick game, but I ended up just sitting there watching the loading bar move at a snail’s pace. A couple of times it even stopped completely, so I refreshed the page thinking that would fix it, but then the same thing happened all over again.
What makes it more frustrating is that my internet works fine everywhere else, so it doesn’t seem like it’s on my end. I really just wanted to play for a few minutes, not spend half that time waiting for the game to load.

"Easy deposit, but the slow payout made me uneasy"
Putting money in was simple enough, but getting paid out took way longer than I expected. At first I thought it was just a small delay, but the longer it dragged on, the less confident I felt about using it again.

I’m getting matched against players who are way above my level again, and it’s getting tiring. Every game feels one-sided, like I don’t really have a chance to compete. I was hoping matchmaking would feel a bit more balanced by now.

I’d save your time with this one. The app crashes constantly, and when I try using the website instead, it just freezes anytime I load something. Super frustrating experience.

I tried the promos because I was hoping they’d add a little extra excitement, and while they’re not terrible or anything, they just didn’t really impress me much, since the value felt average and not quite enough to make me feel like I was getting a great deal.

"Payout came through, just a bit slow"
I cashed out on 8ballsmash.zone and yeah, I did get my money in the end. It just took longer then I thought it would, so I was kinda checking on it a lot lol. Support got back to me when I asked, not crazy fast or anything, but they did reply. Overall it was fine, just wish withdrawals were a little quicker.

I’ve been having a good time with this game. The gameplay is fun and easy to get into, which I really appreciate. I’m still kind of hoping it stays enjoyable the more I play, but so far it feels worth checking out

"Matchmaking feels kind of hit or miss"
The game itself is decent, but the matchmaking feels a little random sometimes. I’ll have one round where everyone seems about my level, so I’m thinking, okay, this is fair. Then the next match, I get dropped in with players who are way better, and my brain just goes, yep, I already know how this is going to end. It’s not a dealbreaker, but the balance could definitely be better.

"Pretty good for the price, honestly"
I wasn’t really expecting a whole lot going in, and maybe I’m just easy to please, but 8 Ball Smash has been decent for what I paid. The games have loaded fine for me so far, and I didn’t come away feeling like I totally wasted my money or anything. It’s simple and not super fancy, though I guess that’s actually part of why I like it. For the price, I’d say I’m happy with it

I liked that the rules and scoring were simple to follow right away. There wasn’t any guessing or stopping to figure things out, which made the whole experience smoother and more enjoyable
